State Esports Results: Our Clarke Esports team competed in the Rainbow 6 Siege portion of the state tournament yesterday. The team ended the day with a 2-2 record. One big highlight was Clarke upset the number two overall team on the way to their 4th place finish. Congratulations on a fantastic season and a great finish!!

Congratulations to the Clarke Rainbow 6 Siege team on punching their ticket to the state tournament with a regular season record of 7 wins and 1 loss. Students competed in their sub-state against Garner-Hayfield-Ventrua on 11/09/2023 and won 2-0. They will be competing at the state finals today!! The team consists of Hunter Rielli-Kight, Hunter Henry, Nathan Allard, Otto Sandoval, Joseph Bockhoven, Ezekiel Hutzell, Montana Morgan, and Owen Schacherer. Good Luck Boys!!

On the 18th of November, the Clarke High School esports team will be hosting a 6th through 12th grade Super Smash Brothers tournament for the state of Iowa. Schools from all over will be coming to compete for the trophy of the South Central Smash Tournament. Entry is $10 and all Iowa’s high school students are welcome to attend. Colleges will be present for scouting and prizes go out to the top 3 winners. It is a double-elimination tournament. El día 18 de noviembre el equipo de deportes electrónicos de Clarke High School organizará un torneo Super Smash Brothers de grados 6 al 12 para el estado de Iowa. Escuelas de todas partes vendrán a competir por el trofeo del Torneo South Central Smash. La entrada cuesta $10 y todos los estudiantes de preparatoria de Iowa son bienvenidos a asistir. The show will include recapping the season, recognizing the senior class, and learning about the band’s performances at competitions and festivals. There is no entrance fee and there will be golf carts available to help transport individuals from the parking lot to the stadium. If you are unable to attend in person, the show will be live-streamed on the Clarke Activities and Athletics Facebook Page!
