Clarke Community School District is committed to providing every student with consistent, research-based learning experiences. As part of this commitment, we are implementing the Iowa Department of Education’s state-recommended High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM) in both English Language Arts and Mathematics.

These instructional materials were selected through a rigorous statewide review process and are aligned to the Iowa Core. By using these resources, our teachers are equipped with evidence-based lessons, strong supports for differentiation, and clear learning progressions that help all students grow. HQIM also ensures that instruction is coherent from grade to grade, giving students a seamless, high-quality learning experience throughout their time at Clarke.
