Parents and guardians of 2020-2021 incoming 7th grade and 12th grade students please make sure you check with your primary health care provider or our local Public Health (641-342-3724) to make sure your students immunizations are up to date to return to school.
7th grade students are required to have a Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis) and a Meningitis vaccine to start school in August.
12th grade students are required to have 2 meningitis vaccines (one needs to be after age 16) in order to start school in August.
Please call your providers or Public Health as students who do not have their immunizations updated are sent home the first day of school, and can’t return until completed. Updated immunization records can be faxed to the high school at 641-342-2213, or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
